Celebrámos no dia 25, a Liberdade e o dia internacional do Tai Chi Chuan e Chi Kung.
🇬🇧On 25 April, we celebrated Freedom Day and World Tai Chi and Qigong Day.
We began the morning with an open Qigong session led by Dália Lourenço, welcoming a large group, most of whom were trying this practice for the first time. A peaceful moment of discovery, connecting with the body and the breath.
Then, together with the children, we made origami envelopes shaped like carnations and filled them with a mixture of seeds. Now it’s time to sow them and watch them grow.
Peter and Lyca treated us to a musical performance.
The day ended with an open adufe session led by Daniel, where we listened, had a go and felt the rhythm of this much-loved traditional frame drum. There was also time for traditional circle dancing.
Thank you to everyone who joined us 💚
